What is the return policy?
If a customer wants to return a product, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We have a 30-day Return Policy. This means that the customer can return an item within 30 days from his/her purchase.
1.) Return and Exchange of the item is accepted if:
- the product contains a manufacturing defect or
- it is damaged during the shipping process or
- it is not the same as described on our website
- If any of the above case holds true then we will exchange the item and send the new item to the same shipping address.
- Payment Refund is not given against exchange of item
2.) Return and Exchange of the item is NOT accepted if:
- the item is not in its original condition or
- it is damaged or any part is missing
- the item is returned in more than 30 days after delivery
3.) Refund of payment is done only if:
- the product has not been delivered within 30 days of confirmed order and payment
What is the Return Procedure?
- Provide your Order Number, Item SKU, your Name, email address, phone number, along with an explanation as to why the part is being returned at email@example.com
- Provide us the proof (Photos, Etc) that you meet the terms and conditions of Return & Exchange policy then we will initiate the exchange process.
- We will provide you with Return Material Authorization (RMA) number along with the return address where you can send back the item against your request.
- Kindly mention RMA number over the return package.
- Buyer pays return shipping. All returns must be packaged securely. Please make sure to check if there are any special packaging instructions to ensure that no shipping damage occurs. We cannot be responsible for damaged returns resulting from inadequate packaging. Our suggestion is you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
1.) We will accept Return only if the item is:
- in its original condition &
- is never installed &
- is not damaged &
- not missing any part &
- is returned in within 30 days after delivery
What is the Cancellation Policy?
We have Same day cancellation policy. Cancellation would be accepted within 4 Hrs of your orders placed.
Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order within 4 hrs and we will cancel your order and return the payment to your bank account.
