Cancellation:

An order is eligible for cancellation within 24 hrs of order placement or before it has been processed for shipment at our warehouse whichever may be sooner. To initiate a request for cancellation please write to us at support@silversaga.in with your order number and request for cancellation mentioned in the subject.

Exchanges:

We accept exchanges for size-related issues and defects if any within 7 days of order receipt.

To schedule an exchange, please leave a mail on support@silversaga.in along with two product images.

Once your request for exchange is accepted, we will schedule a reverse pick-up. Please hand over the returnable product/s in the original packaging (including the box and tags) to our delivery partner. We will send out the exchange pieces once we have received the returned piece/s in our warehouse in good condition. This process can take up to 7 to 10 working days.

Total exchange cost will be Rs. 150 ( pickup + new delivery ) + order difference ( If applicable ).

Please note, primary return/exchange pickup will be done within 3-4 days of triggering the return/exchange request. 3 attempts are made by our field executives for the same. In case the customer is unavailable for pick up and hasn’t intimated us about their unavailability or in case the pickup is canceled by the customer, an additional charge of Rs. 300 will be levied for triggering the pickup again.

Returns:

To schedule a return, please leave a mail on support@silversaga.in along with two product images. While our jewellery comes with a certificate of authenticity and we provide repair services as well if customer demands, we accept return requests within 7 days as well.

. The refund is done to the original mode of payment for prepaid orders and store credit in the form of a gift code for COD orders. 

Once your request for a return is accepted, we will schedule a reverse pick-up. Please hand over the returnable product/s in the original packaging (including the box and tags). We will send a refund within 3 days of receiving the returned piece/s in our warehouse in good condition.

A delivery cost of Rs. 120 is applicable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and take further action accordingly. In case of any issue found from our end, new order will be sent. ( Store credit option is considered in case of undeniable circumstances) 

*There is a seal on each box, make sure to have a 360 degree video of opening the package before claiming for loss/damage or any post shipment issue.*

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Single stone studs, are not returnable.

Products with tag minimal are only eligible for exchange.


Refund mode

The amount would be refunded to the source account in case of a prepaid order.

In case of COD our team will contact you.

 Refund duration

Refund will be done within 3 days of checking the product condition once it reaches us back.
