1. Returns for Defective Items:
If you receive a defective or damaged piece, you must inform us on the same day of delivery by contacting our customer support team with photos/videos of the defect.
• The product must be dispatched for return within 3 days of receipt.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund minus the shipping charges.

2. Return After Use or Delay:
If you wish to return a piece after some time of purchase, we will accept the item at its current silver weight value.
• The value can be adjusted against any new jewellery you wish to purchase from us.
• This ensures you can always upgrade or exchange your pieces while preserving the value of silver.

Note:
• Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless defective.
• Ensure the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging for return processing.
